The Unicom COLD TEST test bench for ENDOTHERMIC ENGINES model ETB-CTE was developed specifically for use on multi-model lines and therefore is equipped with all the necessary adjustments in order to be adaptable to an important variability of vehicles; the only limit to the test bench proposed will be the maximum power of the motors considered in the offer request phase. The proposed bench will in fact make it possible to adapt to all motor ranges as long as they are contained within the variety of power considered; the whole range of predictable variability can be tested on the test bench.
In particular, you can see some details of the ETB-CTE which can be properly implemented to perform all the required tests. This experience leads us to be really fast in the realization phase with the awareness of “not having to invent anything absolutely new for us”.

Siemens PLC acquisition system with PC interface for data acquisition system.
Drive system with AC motor, possibility to set speed, acceleration and power of the “dragged”.
Possibility to test the motor without necessity to install silencing units (if inserted in a soundproof cabin).
Possibility to load and unload the motors from the bench by means of a hoist quickly and efficiently.
The tests that can be performed on this bank are:
Engine running-in.
Torque tests absorbed for testing the gear unit assembly.
Efficiency tests of the lubrication circuit by repeated checking of the oil pressures and temperatures in the lubrication circuit.
Temperature and noise tests.

Acquisition system with industrial PLC / PC and dedicated software for the testing of the motors with programmable cycles, saving of recorded data and printing of configurable reports, with the possibility of interfacing on a company database.

Oil filling system with controlled quantity and micro leak tests of various components (optional)
