The Unicom PALLET-type assembly line was developed specifically to be used on multi-model lines and is therefore equipped with all the technical features to guarantee flexibility and modularity to the same;
The only typical limitations of the assembly lines to the satisfaction of these requirements will be the length and maximum width and weight of the components in the offer-request phase. The proposed lines will be able to adapt to all the components of the range as long as they are contained within the maximum and minimum dimensions and the maximum weight considered.
In particular, you can see some details of a pallet line realized for finishing engines with a maximum weight of 1500 kg. of the multi-model type and for which we can boast an enviable technical background. This experience leads us to be really fast in the realization phase with the awareness of “not having to invent anything absolutely new for us”.

Variable pitch of the pallet through recognition of components bar code: total adaptability to assembly needs.
Possibility of manual rotation of the pallet at any point on the line.
Variable line speed.
Possibility of accumulating pallets along the line at the required points.
Automatic return of the pallets at the beginning of the assembling line.Possibility to create outside work center connected to the assembling line.
Complete craterization of the assembly which will therefore meet all the safety requirements in application of the CE marking of the complete system.
Possibility of application of Unicom Easy Soft ® / SSL software which allows to manage intermediate tests and automatic line machine settings, to deal with traceability, times and methods and quality control of the finished product.
