The Unicom test bench for Traked Vehicles model RTB-CIPF has been developed to be used on multi-model lines and is therefore equipped with all the necessary adjustments in order to be adaptable to an important variety of vehicles. The only limit on the test bench that is proposed will be the maximum length and width of the vehicles considered in the offer request phase, in addition of course to the maximum weight. The proposed bench will in fact be adaptable to all vehicle ranges, if they are contained within the maximum and minimum dimensions considered. For the rest, the whole range of predictable variability can be tested on the test bench in question.
In particular, you can see some details of the RTB-CIPF Model bench that can be properly implemented to perform all the required tests. This experience leads us to be really fast in the realization phase with the awareness of “not having to invent anything absolutely new for us”.
Main technical properties:
Integrated variable pitch: total adaptability to every type of vehicle within the planned range.
Total modularity: every test can be implemented also in the second phase after installation.
Independent speed register on each track.
PDA remote control for bench management “on board” without necessity to get off the tractor during the testing phases.
Containment group with retractable movable bulkheads for containing the vehicle under test without necessity to be tied and with the possibility of complete transit: entry from one side and exit from the opposite side of the vehicle from the bench.
Installation without building works.
The tests that can be performed on this bench:
Vehicle break-in.
Torque tests of the motor vehicle (optional).
Vehicle speed and acceleration tests.
Test of rotation speed of the control tower.
Check test for braking angle of the control tower with load.
Transmission test and deviations between right and left track and automatic drift calculation.
Brake tests (optional).
Gear test.
Lift groups efficiency tests (optional).
The line is supplied turnkey and provided with:
Complete mechanics.
Main Electromechanical control panel.
Pneumatic system.
Acquisition system with industrial PC and dedicated Unicom Easy Soft ® / rtb-ohv software for testing axles with programmable cycles, saving of various tests and printing of configurable reports, complete with active PDA mobile terminal.
